CSS Locker For CPALead

I started using CPALead, and I like their interface and also offer's payout is decent. But locker templates just look unattractive. I attached the screenshot: http://imageshack.com/a/img835/9150/w2v3.png
There is an option to do your own, with CSS, but I don't know to code.
Are there some pre-made CSS templates for CPA content lockers ? Anyone care to share one for CPALead ?
