Is SiteScout oversaturated?

I heard from few people that SiteScout had become too saturated and too expensive. As well, not everybody is allowed to all the placements (sites). Kind off, there is an inner circle who gets privileged access to best sites.

Is that true? Any newbies making money with SiteScout?

    Then don't use them... there are tons of places to buy traffic from. There is more traffic out there than anyone can purchase and that's a fact.

    Now you'll probably ask me "What are some of these other places?" and I'm going to say "Ask your buddies you keep listening to because if they have the insiders scoop about SiteScout then they will know where the traffic is and it sure as hell ain't FaceBook."

    Sure FaceBook is the cats meow for some people BUT here are better and cheaper places for quality traffic, you just have to know where to look. (no I'm not sharing my sources here)
