Cold calling + CPA method question

Hi guys,

I work in sales and im pretty good at it, now I wana have another source of income and I was wondering if I could simply call people asking for their email and pitch them and offer from a CPA network, would that be okay?

And if so does anyone do this already?

whats the best cpa network that will pay a good amount per sign up?

        B2C cold calling is heavily regulated in most countries, and "do not call lists" are serious and will get you in plenty of trouble if you aren't well set up.

        Besides, think about how hard it is to convert even highly targeted traffic to high-paying offers (insurance, loans, etc. which are usually run by lead brokers who only pay high for totally new leads) online - how many people will you have to blind call to earn even a single commission? It would be hell.

        Don't waste your time unless you are receiving phone numbers from highly-targeted sources, in which case it could work out well.

    I don't use any offline methods, so I can't say if it works or not. I'm not a lawyer either, and don't even live in the US, so I also can't say anything about the legal aspects.

    But I can tell you to be careful when choosing the offers. Always contact the affiliate manager first and ask if the method is ok for the offer you're looking to promote. I believe some of them may accept your traffic, but it would be wise to talk to the AM before getting started.
