Facebook Account suspended

So, I have a few ads on facebook, very minor ads, had account for a couple months.

Over this time I have had the account temporarily disabled to confirm my card details etc.

Within a few hours it always comes back, however today i just ran my first campaign linking the ad to a cpa offer and i got suspended.

When i emailed my ID, i got this reply

Hi x,

Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity. In the interest of protecting our users, we will not be able to reenable your payments account. This decision is final.

    they said my appeal is unsuccessful because of fraud.

    i own the facebook account, credit card, etc.

    no info is different.

    i am fuming.

    some one please help.

    The only thing you can do is to create a new account with a new CC, billing address and IP.

    You may have done also wrong, too, like submitting an ad that's against their ToS, so try to find out what caused the problem so that your next account can last longer.

    This is going to be a long drawn out annoying process.

    What are my options going forward, with regards to changing the IP constantly?

      An AD linking to an CPA type offer where the customer filled in a form to enter a prize draw to win a voucher for a UK clothing store...

    You cannot figure out why face book is doing it. It is very difficult to get back your banned account. Better to look into other options.
