    Have you tried out MadAdsMedia? They have very good rates for CPM traffic.

    It can take some time to get approved though.

        Ah, good luck getting approved. They are slow when it comes to that

        The support must be 1 or 2 people.

        Try using the contact form as well explaining you have quality traffic you're looking to monetize. I honestly don't know why they take so long unless they are backed up with thousands of applications.

        Hopefully they get you approved soon. I would rank MAM payouts right under adsense.
