What traffic source are you using?

If you place the post back pixel in your offer page, cpvlab will record those conversions automatically.

If you want to place a global tracking pixel or postback on your account, so that the same tracking pixel or postback is on every offer, then please contact your account manager who will be able to set this up for you.

With any traffic you send to your affiliate network you will pass a unique subid from your tracker which then your affiliate network will ping your tracker postback link and attach the unique sudid that converted. this may answer your question clearer.

"In order to track conversions, your post back URL from CPV Lab (Tracking Pixel) should be similar to this: mydomain.com/adclick.php?subid=[=SID=]

You need to make sure that the network replaces the [=SID=] part with the actual subID that gets passed to the network in the above URL.

You should also check that the subID is correctly passed to the network, using the parameter specified by the network.

One way to see if the pixel is actually called correctly is to run a test click and go all the way to the offer and the confirmation page that should include the tracking pixel and tracking each request with an application like Fiddler.

You will see each page that gets called and will see if the tracking pixel is indeed called and if the subID is correctly appended."

    Hi Baronig,

Sorry about not replying quicker, only just seen this thread.

If you want to setup a global postback just let your account manager know and they will set this up for you, this will save you time having to setup a postback for each offer on WOW Trk you wish to run.

Also if you ask them to check over the postback to make sure its setup correctly, they will be able to do so (we are familiar with the CPV Lab platform).

Thanks, let me know if you have any more questions.
