Question about Google adwords. Need help!

Hi

Does Google Adwords have a built in feature to exclude clicks from specified IP addresses? I know of the IP exclude feature which means ads wont be displayed for set IP-s, but is there an option to enable displaying the ads and enabling to click them, but without registering the clicks.

No, that's not possible with Adwords. Although repeated clicks from same IP along with some other factors which they record will classify some clicks as "Invalid Clicks" automatically.

Google Keyword Planner Target long tail Local Search is very important for local marketers to understand that they need to target keyword in SEO and PPC campaigns. But they assume that what people search for, and they miss out on valuable recommendations because of it. Here I have tried to give a brief guide on local keyword research to close the gap.
