My Best and the first Choice is facebook
and other than fb you can use bing ads or google ads (they are awesome than yahoo in my experience)

I have expirience with FB ads and google adwords. For me is google adwords better like FB(clicks on FB was for me pretty expensive) .On facebook you can find better targeting audience. Because on FB you can target on Language, Area ok same like adwords, but plus Age, interests and grender .

I rely on Google Adwords for 90% of my traffic, and about 10% on BING.

I am with Google Adwords and secondly is Bing ads. Both are Good and reliable PPC Networks.
