Ad Networks That Use Spyware Toolbars?

AD NETWORKS

I'm looking for ad networks that serve ads when people download there free software. I'm looking for networks that serves ads based on people search habits, I guess you would call this spyware programs. I want to say an example is Zynga but they don't sell there ad space to just anyone anymore. Anyone know of any companies like then that do?
