PPV is better if you can target it right

    PPC is easy to target

I'm assuming you are comparing Search PPC to PPV.

PPV has advantages in that you don't have to rely on quality score as much. This can determine how much you have to bid to get impressions and clicks on PPV.

Click costs on PPV can seem cheaper, but really your CPMs will be a minimum of $10 which is pretty high. 50onRed has some cheaper geos that are much lower CPMs so you might want to try that.

You pretty much always want to use a landing page. With PPV, you've got limited pop-up sizes, which means direct linking could make your popup to small to show the whole offer page. Because PPV is so interuptive, you want to presell them anyways, especially if you are going for demographic or angled targeting.

PPC gives a little more freedom in regards to direct linking on some traffic sources (Google doesn't like DL). Either way, 99% of the time you should be using a landing page and even trying to get some opt in for your own list so you can constantly keep hitting them up with new offers and increasing your ROI.

I prefer PPC mate - just because the quality in traffic and leads generated end up being so much higher, which results in the merchant being happy. It also enables you to push for higher payouts later as the leads convert for him

Well, if your budget is limited then go for CPV or if you want to just focus on ROI and invest a larger amount as long as ROI is positive CPC is your option.

PPV less expensive typically. The best PPV networks are TrafficVance, LeadImpact, and 50OnRed. The best PPC networks are Adwords, Bing Ads, and 7Search.

Do you prefer Direct Linking or Landing Page? and who gives the best results?

Landing pages always give me a better result on both PPV, and PPC.

Hi Chris, thanks for your reply, Do you need to make a LP for every offer you want to promte ? and Did you make it or you employ people specialists?

I typically make a LP for nearly every offer I promote. I always make them myself, because if specialists are good at making LPs, they aren't selling them... they are using them.
