testing CPA + PPC ads; how to start

I've made some money with free trafic methods + CPA, but now i would like to scale my incomes.
I have not experience with any paid trafic network, but I have decided to start with 7search. I have a budget of 100$ and I am aware that is very posible that i lose all of it, but i don't care because what i want is to test, test, test..
However I would like to receive some advide on how to start or something that I should know. I will start testing probably with dating offers. What do you think?
