Here are the questions I would ask myself if I was in your shoes.

Which can target you audience better?
Are there any ideal sources on BuySellAds? Vs. Are there any ideal PPC keywords you could target?
What kind of conversions are looking for you site? Sells, Sign-Ups, ect?

Also if you want to share your answers, I'm sure we can all give you better feedback. Also what is your niche?

There are many factors that you need to consider. What will the Cost Per Click be? If it's $1, you'll only get 30 clicks. And of those 30, how many bounce away from your page and how many convert?

If you're comparing CPM (views) vs CPC (clicks) you might want to go with clicks. Views can be exhausted quickly and although they are less expensive, they often return less interest - I use CPM for branding purposes and CPC for actions (signups, sales, conversions, newsletter subscriptions, etc).

But honestly, I have no idea how your site converts or who you want to target (other than people who need a web site design). If you did $15/$15 and measured the results of both, what's the worst that could happen? After all, it's only $30.

    Cheers

IMO $30 just isn't enough to invest into anything. I'd hold on it to and save more money.
