PPC for Lead Gen. How is this profitable?

Hello all,

I own a couple of high end domain names and wanted to setup a lead gen. website for each of these. I see a lot of Lead Gen. sites online that have zero organic traffic and relying mostly on ppc. How can this be profitable? Do they get a great deal from google adwords?
If yes, anyone has a clue about figures?
I understood that 7search can give you 50% more credits than what you deposit and I think with an account manager you could go upto a 100% if you pay 3K+ per month.
What about google?

I would really appreciate any expert help on this.

Thanks a lot in advance...

    Hi,

It's a basic principle, you pay less on PPC than you make in commission for the leads. Sounds simple but difficult to master. It's about identifying the right keywords for your PPC campaign and maximising the conversion on your squeeze page.

Yes I realize that, but I see some of them for example the keyword Garage Door Repair, its cost if around $20/click. Generally, you get a lead every like 100 clicks, and I see the top bidder, is only lead gen. how much can they earn per lead?

You will need a much better converting offer then that if you want to be profitable.

It's simple. How much is a qualified lead worth to you?

If every 100 leads produces $1000 income, then each lead is worth $10. If you are paying $5 per lead you will double your money. That's simplified of course, but you get the idea.

I use PPC for lead generation and it remains my best traffic source. Like explained above - image you get paid £30 per lead. You have to pay for the traffic with your own money and let the people visit your website. For example to get someone filling out your form on the website costs you £15 and you will make £15 clear profit.

Auditt -- consider what you don't see... their sales funnels and backend promotions.

Some advertisers just break-even and can even afford to "lose" on their lead-gen campaigns. Reason being is that their visitor value and lifetime customer value are so high that they can afford to pay more per lead.

Results like that come from not only optimizing your Front end sales process (CTRs, Opt-in Conversions, Landing Page etc); but by optimizing your backend processes as well (Follow ups, Upsells, Backend sales, etc.)

It's a beautiful thing if you can get a lead gen site to that level.

By ppc you will get more traffic on your site and get the more ROI . because when user click on the ad they will land on our home page . And most of the time user purchased your product.
