    Yes you can. Don't think that you are going to make money from the moment you start doing CPA marketing. Your budget is low so don't even think about it for now. Look around these forums learn free methods,read blogs,read the forum daily . Once you have enough knowledge then you will know how to invest your $100 efficiently .

    If you're looking for free traffic sources, $100 will get you started with a domain, hosting, etc. I'd recommend reading up on video marketing, article marketing, seo, facebook fan pages, etc.

    I would recommend to have a good domain name installed on a shared server for a year and then start learning about the CPA marketing, you can also consider checking some quality WSO that is guiding in this niche.

    I would advise to get started with FB ads if you could afford to invest that $100 for testing, I personally don't know any source that will give you ROI guaranteed!

    You should get 1300$ more, go to WSO section buy CPAmasterx's WSO (I personally purchased and it is great)following his instruction which will include getting a domain, and VPS hosting (under 100$ a month) and put initial deposit for LeadImpact, and then do what you learned from that WSO doing testing and paying for traffic(I still didn't get to that part yet but that is because of lack of funding) and after to you find a profitable campaign, scale up

    First thing I would do is get yourself an Adwords voucher, you should get an extra $75 in free PPC credits Pick something with a low margin though, that way you can learn how the CPA game works and you can invest in a lot of cheap clicks without running out of budget too quickly. Also hosting and domain names are usually very cheap if you look for promos or discount codes, that will save you some of your budget

    I would stay away from paid traffic because with $100, it just really isn't enough to get any data from testing. Paid ads is based around testing and failing, then making educated improves on your campaign. $100 isn't enough to fail with.

    But you can use the $100 to get your hosting, and some guides from Free Traffic. I would start Youtube/Video marketing like Chris suggested, and also Facebook Fanpages can work.

    I would advise you start with Bing Ads or addwebtraffic.com they are both really good websites and very reliable, But they are no good if you haven't done your homework on your niche.

    Just like Chris said, I would stick with article marketing and fanpages and stuff for now if I had $100 to put in, you can try paid traffic like bing and adwords but your chances are slim that you will start making money right from that first investment..

    If you have not enough knowledge about CPA, then don't invest 100$, otherwise it'll just waste.
    So first get some information about CPA and take some expert and experienced advise. Then you can start to work.
