Is it just me or is 50onRed support bad? I get the impression if you are not spending megabucks with them you just don't matter.
I have been getting creatives wrongly rejected and they take a long time to respond, very frustrating!

    Ashley from 50onRed here I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our support! If you can PM me more details, I'd be happy to get to the bottom of it.

    I personally manage the tickets that come into 50onRed's support center, and my team and I are generally prompt responding to all inquiries during business hours (M-F, 9AM-5PM EST, except holidays). Every message we receive is answered as quickly as possible, regardless of the amount the advertiser spends. For the quickest response, I recommend emailing our support center during office hours.
