Could I please have you to share some templates of landing page for survey like below:


I'm launching a cpa promotion using the survey method..... Have you ever had successful experiences with survey? Is it dead nowadays?

    i have a smaaaaaaaaaall succes in survey LP cause i m newbie , first i promot an offer and i get 1 lead per day then i add survey LP and increased to 4 leads but two days later leads drop

      In my total earnings in CPA (again started recently) I have only earned through survey that too without any LP or squeeze pages. Its always difficult for me to make someone buy product but for surveys I have been successful.
