After learning about TeeSpring with Facebook ads. I got pretty excited over it.

And I start to test out my campaigns.

But so happen that I've got no conversions. I'll let you guys know that this campaign is based on. It's the news where India is first to get their space ship out in orbit on Mars.

Interest I'm targeting on "indian space research organisation" or "Mars"

What could be the cause for zero conversions?

You have to spend at least $20 - $30 before you can declare it a winner or not. You must have three things to have success but even then you may not have it. You must have a winning design, a passionate audience and your targeting needs to be right on. This tshirt game is not as easy as some courses make it sound. I have been through every course and the only thing I have learned is that you need to test, test and test. Also there is no set rules. I have ran over 50 campaigns and out of all of those only a few designs that did well but the ones that did well made up for all the losers. You can't get attached to your design. If it doesn't sell you need to kill it and launch more. I launch 5 new campaigns every day to increase my chances of finding the winners. Spend a lot of time researching your niche before you create the shirt. Read comments of popular posts, get involved in forums and read magazines in that niche. It's a lot of work but well worth it once you get a winner. Don't give up no matter how many fails you have.

When you create a new campaign in facebook, do you use the conversions type or the Click to website type?

There are a number of reasons a campaign could fail. Maybe your shirt design is lacking. Maybe people aren't interested enough in that topic to buy a shirt based on it. You could be targeting the wrong demographic.

If you think you have a winning design, I would spend another $20 to $30 on testing different demographics to see if it takes off. All you really need to spend is $10 on any specific target and you'll have a decent idea of whether it's going to sell or not. Shirts that are going to do good will sell at least a couple shirts in the first $10 spent. Shirts that are going to do great will sell as many as 15 to 20 shirts in the first $10 to $20 spent.

Like smartsites said, don't get stuck on a particular design. If your shirt isn't selling, scrap it and try a different angle.

I use mostly clicks to website. I've used website conversions in the past, but Facebook can't seem to get it dialed in for the markets I target. I do have one market where it seems to work well from time to time. I also do page posts and page post engagement ads, which can do very well on shirts that take off right off the bat.
