Neverblue: Ad Creatives & 404 error

Just recently signed up for Neverblue to get my footing into the PPV arena.

I've signed up for my first offer and got the unique link for an image creative. It's something like

I headed over to my traffic broker and put the destination id for my campaign as the unique code above, but when testing I get a 404 server error on the webpage.

Am I doing something wrong?

    Stop running the campaign. Contact your AM if you wish to continue testing or running the offer. Me? I'd just move on. I don't have time for a merchant to get their stuff together

    It's most likely a location problem. Check to see what GEO this offer is approved for and then use a VPN to see if it works. Example, if this offer is only good for USA and you live in Germany then you will not be able to see this offer and your result will be a 404 server error.
