1) You can earn quick cash

Personally, the only 2 sites on the internet where you can earn a good sum of money quickly are and Everything else is secondary. Now if you want to pursue the Ebay and Amazon route, then be my guest. Even though you would be working at home, you would still have to find products, package and wrap them up, drive to the post office, wait in line until it's your turn, ship the product, and then update inventory.

Personally, this is much more work than what I would want to do. But if you don't have a problem with this, then you should see if you can make it work for you. Here's another myth that you shouldn't believe:

2) Selling high priced products are easy

And when I say "high priced" products, I'm talking about products that range from $300 to $1,000. Now granted, people do spend this kind of money everyday, but if you're starting from scratch, I think you're going to have a hard time of convincing someone to pay that much money to you.

Your best bet is to start off with a $19 ebook and see if you can sell that. If that sells, backend your customers with another offer for $29. If they buy that, sell them on another product for $49. If they go for that, sell them on another product for $97. This is how scaling up your products and make you profitable.
