An Internet Road Map To Follow

If you're looking for a simple and easy to use internet road map to follow so that you can find success online, then this article is for you. I will share with you an internet road map that I have used and still am using till this day to have success online. Having an internet road map is important for a variety of reasons, and one of them is so that you can chart your success.
With the internet, there are alot of people who will tell you that it's easy to make money. This couldn't be further from the truth. The fact of the matter is that it's tough to make a living online, especially if you're a newbie. Most beginners start off in the internet marketing niche going against hundreds of competitors, and can't understand why they aren't seeing the sales that they had hoped for.
If you're a beginner and you aren't seeing the sales that you'd hoped for, then maybe it's because you don't have an internet road map to follow. When I first started out online, I made it a point to create a website and internet marketing plan to follow that would help to guide me to success. When I first created my website plan, I wanted it to be grand. I wanted to make a big deal out of it so that I could impress my website visitors who visited my website.
Well, I stand here today to say that I have accomplished that goal. Now when visitors view my site, they see something that is professional and high class, and I'm proud of it. And the only way that I was able to make this happen is because I wrote out on a sheet of paper my website plan and my internet marketing plan.
Now my website plan that I mentioned above is something that I can't give to you - but my internet marketing plan is something that I can. I want to share with you pieces of my internet road map that I have used to get traffic and sales still to this very day. Here's the first part of my internet road map.
1) Forum marketing
I'm very active with my website, and I'm alot of places with it, and one thing that I do make sure to do is to do my daily dose of forum marketing. I'm on the forums everyday posting and being active and getting hits back to my website. This is a crucial part of my internet road map and marketing plan.
You should join a good forum so that you can learn from others and get traffic back to your website also. One good forum that you can join is the "Warrior Forum". I am a member of this forum and you should become a member also. On the Warrior Forum, you can learn from others and get great internet marketing advice from the gurus on this forum.
There are a ton of people who join this forum everyday, so you should get your share of this pie also. Here's another element of my internet road map.
2) Video marketing
I like sites such as Youtube and Metacafe because they allow me to get traffic back to my website for free. You should join the video marketing craze also because it's a great way to get free traffic back to your website. This is an integral part of my internet road map and it should be an integral part of yours also.
The way I create my videos is with something called Camstudio, and you can download it from camstudio.org. Camstudio allows you to create your videos in .SWF or .AVI format, and upload them to Youtube. The last time I checked Camstudio was free, so you will want to get your hands on it today while you still can - it really is that effective as a video tool.
I create my videos in Microsoft PowerPoint, but you don't have to if you don't want to. You can record yourself with a video camera, a web cam, or even a cell phone. Then all you have to do is transfer them onto your computer and upload to Youtube. You may want to download a free video editing device from the internet so that you can edit your videos and include your website URL at the bottom of the video.
These 2 elements play major roles in my internet road map. You should incorporate them into yours also if you want to see sales right away.
