I need a good CPL network.

Hi guys,
It's my first to write a topic in the great Warrior Forum!
So let me start identifying myself.
I am Rozza.
Architect by job and marketer by passion
What means that I have nearly zero knowledge in affiliate marketing.

I preferred to start with CPL ( Cost Per Lead ) which is so simple for me!
Just getting people to sign up through my affiliate link and get commission for every free signup.

I started with Yoonla they give 2-4$ per every free sign up which was so great for me.
But unfortunately it has been paused for a while preparing for phase 2, I intend to continue with it but for now please recommend me a LEGIT alternative to Yoonla.

Please put in consideration that I giggled it and found Freshbooks, born2sell both are giving 5$ for every free sign up but the downside that their program is being moderated by Shareasale and I don't have a good website (at the moment) to be accepted there so please give me networks without a third party company Especially shareasale

Also I joined Clickbank, offervalut and other alternatives but I didn't understand it how to promote a CPL offer ? Is this offer has an expiration date ?
What the difference between this offer and Yoonla, Freshbooks, etc.
Please explain more
