Monetizing Web Traffic

I am fairly new to generating consistent web traffic and have done so with a team of people for a while and feel I am on the verge of generating 10k visitors a month maybe even in a week or two weeks. I have been doing this for someone else and am thinking of venturing off and doing it for myself with my own established web presence. Since I have only ventured in the generation of web traffic I am unfamiliar with how to monetize. What ways are available for me to monetize this type of traffic? I have been told video marketing through youtube but many have said they take 45% so I don't know. What ways can I monetize fast and slow meaning real quick in regards to short term and slow in regards to long term monetizing?

    Pay Per Click Advertising (Google Adsense)
    Sell Ad Space.
    Sell Your Own Digital Product (Ebook for Example)
    Accept Donations from visitors.

      I have connections with an agency/network dealing in web traffic so the type of traffic it can be can vary. So, I guess I'm looking for in general ways to make money off individuals who will visit something online.

        It seems you have no control over your website traffic. In that case, you can Pay Per Click Advertising. Adsense is the starting option for you. Media.net is another good one.

          What type of scenario would I be in if I did have control of my traffic? What would I be doing to be in control? I was under the understanding that in advertising there is no guarantee so you must be as effective as you can be. To be more effective how would I achieve being in control of my traffic?

    The best way can be to dropship products from your own store. Pick a niche. Build a store on WooCommerce or Shopify and import products from AliExpress with WooDropship or Oberlo and redirect all this traffic to your site.

    Work on the brand promotion and see how it goes for you.

    One of the best ways would be CPA offers if the traffic is targeted but if it's not google adsense may be your best choice even though you'd need a bit more traffic to really make substantial income

      I'm going to be getting a lot of worldwide traffic and have heard CPA is not friendly when it comes to countries that are not top tier.

    No one has given me any advice on youtube and video hosting, etc. Since I will potentially be getting traffic worldwide is video hosting revenue a viable option and what options outside of youtube are there for me to look into for the purpose of earning revenue?

    The important thing is targeting. Are these people targeted to a specific niche or market? If not can you filter them?

    If so then set up a squeeze page and start building a list that you can promote to multiple times.

    Without knowing the interest and/or intent it's pretty tough to offer much help.

      Thanks. After analyzing everything this seems like a good place to start but lets say I knew my target audience, are there platforms online that would allow me to monetize traffic in general? Say there is someone who just wants what they are advertising to be seen like how youtube plays various adverts to viewers not knowing who they are targeting. Can my traffic be used to get eyes on an advert and simply do just that after I know my target?
