How to price a page link?

BEGINNERS AREA

I have hundreds of blogs with PA and DA ranging from 30-60.

I'm about to monetize it but willing to accept only related links.

I don't have idea on the fair pricing.

What other SEO metrics should I consider aside from PA and DA? These blogs have quality articles on it.

Anyone who's in link selling who can give me an insight on the pricing now?

I've seen everywhere from free to $7500. Most listings are around $40-$80. Whether or not someone would want to pay it is another matter.

If you do sell links, make sure it's something like a 3 to 1 ratio. Three articles with no links, one article with a link. Also, make sure you link to authority sites, not just low level sites. That's my 2 centavos.

So if I'm going to sell just an article link from a blog post.

Which between DA and PA will a buyer look at? I mean where should between the two should I base the price?
