Outsource your report to the Warriors for Hire section in this forum. There are plenty of Warriors (including myself) who would be happy to help you, once you discuss your needs. You may pay a bit more but you'll get a better quality report because everyone here strives to do their best because this forum is such a large resource that low quality work soon gets outed.

What particular report would you like to write? I suggest that you create an outline of what you want to see first.

How to write an outline? You can search that online. But it should contain the usual Introduction, Body, Conclusion part. You just have to look for the breakdown.

Would you like it to look like a thesis or a feasibility study? There are loads of examples online.

If you want to do it on your own, don't just copy someone else's work. You know your product/ service by heart and you are the best person to attest to what you can offer.

I agree to outsource it, but before outsourcing it, please outline what you need in the report. It's easier for you to make the guy you hire complete the work correctly.

Hire a ghostwriter. As Laurence said, there are many good ones here on the Warrior Forum.

Give them clear and specific instructions:

Who is your target audience?

What are you hoping to achieve with the report? What do you want the reader to do next?

How much information do you want to share in the report? An outline for your writer is helpful. If you don't want to do one yourself, ask the writer to complete one and return it to you for approval before writing the report.

How long do you want the report to be?

What tone of writing do you want? Friendly and conversational? Academic? Formal?

Or, if you don't want to write, you could always do a mini-video course instead.

Well, there are many ways to write such a report.

The one that I like is the "seven mistakes" type, made popular by Eben Pagan. You are telling your marketplace about seven specific mistakes they're likely doing and offer some solutions.

It is a great way to position your product as a way to enhance the effectiveness of your solutions. In other words, you're offering some free quick fixes but the cheaper, faster, better method is in a paid product.

Then you have the "Mass Control" school of thought of Frank Kern. These are lead magnets. A lead magnet is a magic bullet, a simple technique or tool that can help the prospect accomplish a desired outcome as soon as possible.

For a dating product it can be a pick-up line. For a sales course it can be a closing that works very well. For a SEO product it can be a five minute tweak to your website that works very well. Your product in this case is positioned as the "Fort Knox", the resource that contains the other solutions.

You can hire someone who can do that for you. Find someone from the Philippines, they're reliable and efficient and isn't as expensive as others.

It appears as though you have your options with someone even offering to assist you with a PDF.

Not sure whether you are familiar with PLR or not but some persons use PLR as basis to creating free reports. PLR is the short abbreviation for Private Label Rights. Private label rights means that you can use the content as your very own. You just have to be careful where you purchase your PLR from. You can even have your PLR rewritten on Fiver for best results. Just a thought.
