    Affiliate programs are programs that are sometimes facilitated by an individual who owns their own product or by established sites like Click Bank and JVzoo, just to name a few.

    Basically all you need is an affiliate link from these site or individuals to participate in their affiliate programs. Whenever you make a sale you are paid a commission for your efforts. That is it, in a nutshell, but there is more.
