Niche on Pinterest ?! [Help!!]

Can you guys help me in finding a good niche that is just starting out in Pinterest 2017-2018 ? (so obviously I mean not the very famous ones like home decor, food and travel)
I will start a fashion (clothes, shoes) account because it's filled with a lot of pictures\products that I could promote] but the affiliate merchant hasn't answered yet, anyways I wanted to manage multiple accounts but I'm really stuck on picking one so could you guys list or give out ideas on what you think is a good niche over Pinterest ?
Like a niche that is less competitive on Pinterest ?
