I would suggest finding one person that teaches this and you enjoy learning from them. Don't jump around from blog to blog, or video to video. This will only confuse you.

There are many options out there, just find one you like.

Nicholas Kusmich is pretty good (He runs Ads for Tony Robbins) but maybe his material may be a bit expensive.

A few days ago Alex Becker has an offer where you could join his Hero Sales Academy ( or something like that) for 1$ and inside the academy there a Fb Ads Bootcamp of about 10-15 lessons and Becker know his stuff when we talk about paid traffic

I suggest you to look into Facebook Blueprint which is simple & useful.. There are lots of courses available in online that you can take.

Things change so fast with the platform that there are always new things to be learnt.
I don't know why you find Facebook ads difficult being used so many platforms I find FB ads the simplest to implement.
