Trickey question regarding Paypal and files!

Hi there, Hope you can help as this is a complicated question, I have saved some work in windows office how do I save it to a file so others can download it from another website or where ever after being redirected to it by Paypal so they too can save it to their p.c or laptop for future use? I am unsure on how to do this because I have never done it before but am eager to learn how it's done for future use! Hope you can understand my and what I mean.
My apologies to the admins/mods if I have posted this question in the wrong forum.

Leigh, it depends on the format of the work. Simple text files should be saved as PDF files unless you intend for people to edit them. Other formats you can leave as is.

If you already have your own website, put the files in a password protected folder. When someone buys something, send them the url of the folder and the password. If your file collection involves multiple products, put each product's files into their own folder.

If you don't have a site, you could use something like Dropbox. Put the files into a public folder, and send buyers access instructions.

    Does this help?

Hi, if you don't have any site at all to host a paypal button then after payment is received you can send them a link. I prefer to use Google drive to host the files.

Although if you are selling I would recommend even the most basic site rather than manually processing payments,
