Moving from blogger to wordpress

NEWBIE ALERT!!!

Hi, all please i have been blogging using the bligger platform, but now i want to move to wordpress.
My blogger blog has a custom domain, and I also just paid for hosting & domain name for the wordpress blog.
Please can someone put me through the process of moving my blog from blogger to wordpress (the tutorials I've seen on the internet is kinda confusing).

Also would it be preferable to just start a whole new blogging on wordpress?

    Sometimes it is better for you to start a new one to save the hassle if the moving process is not straight forward and their platform are not compatible to each other.

    So guys I have finally moved my blog from blogger to wordpress.
    My question now is this; Is it safe to implement AdSense codes to the wordpress now?
    If i can't do that now, how soon can I do it?
    Note that I bought a new domain which I am using on the Wordpress while the old domain name (which I was using on Blogger) is now pointing to the new domain name on wordpress platform.

    How customized is your blogger page? How many articles?

      Are you asking for how customised the blog is when it was on Blogger or now that it's on wordpress?
      Anyway, I have been using the blogger platform for over 2 years and just switched to wordpress this past week.
      The blog is well customised and over two articles on the blog.

    You can probably start placing adsence code on your site immediately. Adsense isn't concerned with duplicate content. As long as you start ranking your Wordpress blog articles, you should be good to go
