Adwords optimization help

Hello i'm recently fresh from a course about adwords i understand the basics and the do's and dont's but i managed to get a job as adwords manager. the company does not have any past adwords account so i created an adwords campaign from scratch my concern is that i have no one to train me for advance adwords optimization and that's something i need to do in the long run. do you have courses that you recommend that can help me? thnx in advance
