i have 4 differnt Great niches .. yet i havent even made .50 yet. ADVICE

In each of those projects, what your system seems to have been is to create the site and then start looking for customers. Unless you've got a huge marketing budget to play with, that's the wrong way around.

Before you create anything - a product, an app, a website - you need to have a strong idea of where you'll find your prospects. Research the market and find out where those potential customers hang out. What other products or services are they currently spending money on? Where and how are those products promoted?

To use one of your examples, if you had joined some vegan forums and/or FB groups beforehand, got involved in the communities and established relationships with other members, you wouldn't now be so reliant on SEO to promote your vegan blog.

Your best bet now is to select just one of those projects and concentrate on building a reputation in that market. Or start from scratch with a new venture - but remember to research first.

I agree with the advice above but want to add something else..

As soon as you mentioned the ROI of $2500 potential, you failed.

Why do I say you failed?

Because your focus and purpose for even putting these sites up was to make $$.

Where's the value and what is it that you're offering to your market?

Does anyone even know who you are yet or do you assume that SEO will automatically just driver traffic to finding your sites?

Anyone in business no matter what that is will tell you that at least 70% of your effort and workload throughout the week should be marketing and promoting. Networking yourself to new contacts.

Aside from that pay attention to the following...

You need to know your market and your average avatar. Meaning who is your ideal customer in that market?

What do they enjoy as hobbies, what kind of person are they, their job, do they have a family, what's their potential income like, what is their pain? What do they want to change or desperately need from the market to make the switch?

You need to also know your product or service inside and out because you need to be the expert. You must be the one that has the answers.

What value are you offering and is it speaking intimately to the questions above??

What benefits do you provide that are unique or different from any competition??

And like an article I recently read, "This doesn't mean quality."

You're also looking short term and if you continue to do that, you'll fail miserably.

You need to have a long term visit and idea of who you want to be, how you want customers to feel about you, and where you see your business going.

Eliminate the money factor and focus every ounce of energy on producing VALUE that people are starving for.

Providing a product or service is all about what can you do for others?

Nothing is about you or what you like and expect.

You need to also see investments as a win, not a loss.

If you want to save money, learn basic SEO and do it yourself.

Network, network, promote, promote, and CREATE VALUE.

This will get your name out there.

Then things will fall in to place.

Even with the most optimized SEO, Google doesn't care unless there's value there. Utilize blogging or some sort of valued content to continue hammering down with SEO so you can actually get seen.

You need to create the demand. That won't just come to you out of nowhere.

What are your lead sources for each site? (You don't have to tell me, just asking if you have them written down.)

Do you know your cost per lead from each source?

Do you know your cost of getting a customer for each site? If not, have you estimated it so you have a plan to work towards?

SEO takes forever to work. It's the long game. You need lead sources now.

It gets LEADS from somewhere

If it is well run it QUALIFIES those leads with some kind of warm-up sequence or filtering process. BEFORE it shows them an offer.

It CONVERTS some of those leads (hopefully some if not most of the qualified ones) into buyers.

There's a cost per lead and a cost per sale or cost of customer acquisition.

If you don't like math you probably won't do well in this business. This is really basic math. Every successful marketer understands it.

What are you focusing on at your movie/tv streaming site? That has interesting potential but the cost of licensing content can be killer high.

I'd say JT; where your attention and energy goes, grows. Splitting it between 4 niches means each niche site grows REALLY slowly But if you felt super passionate about being a vegan - would be weird for a T-Rex Carnivore to create a vegan site hehehe - then devote all of your attention and energy to:

- creating help blog posts for vegans
- building bonds with vegan bloggers through genuine blog commenting and promoting other bloggers
- creating helpful products and eBooks on being vegan

then you can invest some money in paid ads, if ya want. But bigger bucks long term flow to creators and connectors who position themselves as pros through their generous service. You pay a little in money and a bunch in practice, creating and connecting for that, but well worth developing serious skills and prospering greatly over the long haul.

Sounds like you spread yourself too thin. Been there and done that myself. Focus is key:

One niche, one offer, multiple traffic sources and conversions.

You must test these things and improve them whenever possible.

Knowing your cost per leads, cost per click and cost per sale are vital.

If you don't track it, you can't measure it.

When you are new to an industry you need to only focus on one business at a time. You need to spend time figuring out what works and what doesn't.

Pick the one niche you believe is the most profitable (from your research) and work with that one. Pick one platform in that niche (blog/website, Youtube, etc.) and focus on that platform. Once you have your fist business running well and you have consistent money coming in month after month, than expand to another niche

Of the 4 I would let loose the movie/TV stream thing right off the bat. The travel site.. who exactly are you targetting? those in proximity to where you are traveling away OR those away traveling to where you are? Travel sites in general take a kick ton of content either way. I wouldnt think that a travel site would be a endevour I would choose just starting let alone starting with 4 other sites. Just to much work.

The Vegan blog.... its a blog, and it may take some amount of time.. How many posts do you have? get into the 50 to 100 mark and maybe you will get somewhere.

That leaves us with the app.. is it related to any of the other 3 options? Is the App useful? Is it a game app?

Have you thought about maybe combninng some of the ideas.... A travel site focussed on your community and surrounding areas with a slant towards vegan? Or maybe a vega travellers guide pointing out vegan restaurants in other cities and linkiing hotels and the like in proximity?

There are many ways to separate yourself and your efforts from the crowd, you just have to bend concepts a bit.

You should first focus on the site content and promotion of it rather than thinking of $2500.
SEO is the best way to get traffic consistently, maybe SEO has not done properly.
To get more traffic you could have done paid ads(facebook adverts, PPC) to target your interested audience.

You need to focus on one at a time. Also, SEO takes some time for organic ranking.

the problem is that you paid to a wrong people and you didnt do the most importnat work and it is self promotion social media and in general internet marketing promition

which means you have to create as amany as possible ways to promote yourself And STAY active everyday!

of course you have to be patient and wait until the results will come but you have to WORK!

How are you driving traffic to your sites? and how much traffic are you getting?

I would focus on the one market that I was knowledgeable about. If I was a vegan (sorry I love steak!) I would be out on social media posting about recipes, meat substitutes, awesome restaurants, cookbooks etc... On my site I would provide a free downloadable ebook of recipes or something of value to build an email list. Having four sites at the same time dilutes your marketing ability and your marketing budget.

Two of your niches are really tough: travel and vegan food.


I got a bit of success in the travel niche. But I only did well because practically no Westerners visit the places I blog about. If you're blogging about Thailand or Spain for example, well forget it.


There are still loads of opportunities in the hobbies niche - my new hobby site is growing 50% month on month. Just pick something obscure, not drones or anything else that's super competitive.

Are the sites only a month old? If so then that's not enough time to make any judgements.

How much traffic are they getting? How much content is on them? How are you planning on driving traffic? Just seo? What about social media?

The site looks the part but needs a lot of sorting out. The meta keywords is stuffed with keywords that do not appear within the content. A major no-no.
The social media links should be going to your page on their platform but it appears you do not have a page rendering the links a total waste.
Even the article source links are going nowhere.
My best advice would be to sort out the on page SEO, and actually put up a page on the social media platforms so the link may yield some value.
The biggest need though is some good quality original articles unique to yourself. Best if you can write them yourself but failing that concentrate any budget you have on getting the content. Link building can come later.
