Hello everyone

i really need all the support and guidance.

i am not going to go through the whole story ...because i believe every body is busy and their time is important so let me get straight to the reality.

for last one year i learn almost every thing about internet marketing and could not really take action on any thing specific.

when i look at the market i feel ohh all the info product ideas has already been taken ...

this is my main hurdle and it is driving me crazy i have gone through so many products but why i am still confused ....?

please help me determine my day to day activities ....yes it might sound silly but I am struggling to even figuring out what to do.?

if i have firm action plan and day to day activities to achieve something than i can do it.

it is my humble request if anyone please give me 3 months activities that can lead to some sort of online success..and i am sure once i will taste the success and really know what to do the next day ...i can achieve my goals..

my goal is to make at least $1,000 a month in the beginning ..and of course take the next step to scale once i achieve that goal.

my post might look vague and silly so please ask me any thing and i will clarify with my response

I am really hoping i will get help from all the good folks of warrior forum
thank you
Najam

    Hi Najam,
You said you think all of the info product ideas may have been taken.
Well, yes, that may be true.
But, you're looking t it wrong.
What you DON'T want is to worry about creating an info product in a niche no one's ever heard of.

Look at the problems people have.
Beating insomnia. Finding a date. Making money online.

People search over and over for answers to these problems.

When something doesn't work...they search for the next answer!

And 9 times out of 10, the solution is the same, just packaged differently.

    My point?

You don't have to reinvent the wheel.

You want to go into a proven niche where money is already being made, and offer a proven solution.

    Your difference will be in:
    How you package it
    How you deliver it
How you brand and market it

    And...
How you followup with your prospects and customers.

So with all that said...WHERE are you at now?
    Have you chosen your niche?

Jen Eick i think it is clear to me that i was thunking all wrong

i created several products but honestly since i could not make decent sales with these products ...probably that let me down and i thought ....oh..this internet marketing thing is not working...and i am guilty of switching myself from one shiny objects to another

      that leads to more frustration...
all the great advise i got here is priceless ...i am wondering why people talk bad about warriorforum?

really appreciate your time and great advise.
      thank you

One of the most important things is to find a niche where people are HUNGRY to buy stuff. People must have a viable problem they are willing to pay money to solve. Not all niches are created equal.

Once you have a niche, you need to find a product or service people actually want to buy. At that point, all you have to do is focus on getting traffic.

      I hope that helps.

  • Most people don't make money online until after the first year. The concept is so easy, that it gets frustrating when you don't make as much money as you would like.

Making money online is mainly about marketing. If you cant market a product that already exists that you can market your own product. It's cheaper to start with affiliate marketing and a lot less frustrating. All you have to do is learn how to market online and/or on social media.

Focus on that alone and once you start seeing results, than look to creating your own products to market.

Great wisdom. Everyone I know who makes great money online could make money in any niche, because they understand marketing. Once you know how to drive endless qualified traffic to a good offer, you have the world at your fingertips. If you can't do that, you will struggle to make money in any niche.

What exactly is "almost every thing about internet marketing", I've been in this industry for over 10 years now and still learn new stuff every day. I find it hard that someone would learn everything in 1 year.

What exactly have you done or not done?

The lack of action is very concerning as this is the part where you will normally learn the most.

$1000 a month in the beginning is not a realistic expectation. You need baby steps.. If you're goal is $1000 a month, then first you need $100 a month, you need to make $10 a day, you need to make $1 a day, you need to break even, etc.. Keep things realistic and build your way up, you're not going to hit $1000 a month from the beginning.

It sounds like you've done extensive research, it sounds like it's time to pick something and put what you've learned to use. It's time to start taking action!

absolutely Chris this is what i need to do ....i just need to relax and start taking action instead of worrying and making things complicated.

i have created a product ...and you might be surprised several products and launch it on warrior plus and jv zoo...since i could not get any big or decent affiliate on board ..all my launches get few sales...

thank you so much for the great advise

I've been doing this full time 10 years now and I feel like I am just starting to really master things. Most people have unrealistic expectations about how long it takes to master a new skill.

I believe in the 10,000 hour rule. That means if you are doing internet marketing full time, 40 hours per week, it would take 250 weeks (about 5 years) to really get good at it.

Very few people, probably no one, makes much money their first year or two in ANY type of business. Also, it hurts when you keep switching opportunities or chasing shiny objects.

Focus on one thing, take massive action, learn everything you can about it, and stick with it until you figure it out.

      Hope that helps.

  • I propose you to start with a blog in the niche that you are passionate about and use list building to accumulate the lead. Other than create your own product, you can be an affiliate or reseller to many products.

If you feel frustrated, take another job - put your MMO dream on hold for awhile. The second time you're back to MMO, everything should be easier.

I created a product from scratch some time ago, did a WSO here, and made about $1,300, but most of that went to affilaites, so it was spend $130 for some WP Underconstruction Software, (l got a team of programmers from India) and make about $300.

I didn't use Adwords as the kw costs for any Wordpress product were $5 or more, but had some good success contacting people which may have been interested in the product to run it past their lists, (which overall did quite well).

    http://coolest-freebies.com

My goal was to create the best product possible by studying the competition, and considering the products success believed that l pulled that off.

So the product should not be the issue, getting an expanding sales foundation is the key issue.

Or getting past Adwords costs, is the issue.

Probably the only ways past that are to create a very expensive product, to overcome the $5 or more per kw, (my offer was $25 and wouldn't sell past that price point, which was way too low) or sell a product for next to nothing and concentrate on list building?

Although with my experiences, not easy getting sales from lists.

    Good luck.
