Hungry Newbie!
HELLooo!
I'm helping my wife get her business off the ground on a shoestring by supporting her with some of the administrative side.
Key tasks include updating her website, CRM (hubspot free), and engaging and developing her social media presence/following.
Forgive me for asking the same thing as someone before, but:
A. Since I do not have a IM background, though I am fairly tech-savvy have you got a 'best place to start' to learn basics for IM - webinars, 'must read' articles/posts etc. We want to put together the bones of annual strategy including choosing what to invest into and what to learn and do for ourselves. Or perhaps this is like starting at a gym. Nowadays we need a personal trainer, at least initially to assist us navigate the overwhelming amount of information and MISinformation.
B. I've been relentlessly trying to retrospectively add captions to her Facebook live videos. But I keep failing, and I don't know why! - even though I have an .SRT downloaded from Youtube's editor Facebook keep telling me I have an upload error. Has anyone got a formula that works?
C. We have a fairly new fully-loaded macbook-laptop being gifted to us and an unused Nikon D7000 with 50mm lens. We know basics, but want to improve and use for snaps and movie mode shooting. Again, have you got a 'best place to start' to learn basics - Youtubes, webinars, 'must read' articles/posts etc.
