Dropshipping or something else

Hello everyone
I really want to start my own business as soon as possible. I found out that dropshipping can be one of options. But i dont have even any knowledge how to start. I am still pretty young and good lerner and i will invest any free time i have beside my regular job to be successful in life. I have some questions for you and i hope that someone can help me out.
Oh yes I must mention that i come from Europe so regulations and laws is probably not the same than in US about dropshipping and other online businesses.

Here are my questions:
1: Is dropshipping still popular and worth it? Or i can just forget it and invest in something else more profitable?
2: Are there any good courses or publications out there besides youtube scammers who want 1000 $ for nothing
3: Where to start if you consider my location? Shopify or other platform?
4: What to sell? Make my shop and sell well known brands like Nike, Adidas etc.. or go for unknown stuff and sell it under my brand?
5: Where to find supplier? Must i search in Europe for supplier or from aliexpress (but shippment will be probably too long)
6: Can I even legally dropship from europe to USA? But what about shipment cost?

    It's a good option IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING - if you know nothing about it, you will be a guppie in a shark pool.

    Of course there are - Start with the free tutorials online - and learn to use the search function on this forum for the dozens of threads about dropshipping.

    That's part of the learning curve but others here may be able to answer that for you. I can't advise on your location.

    4: What to sell? Make my shop and sell well known brands like Nike, Adidas etc.. or go for unknown stuff and sell it under my brand?

    Again - that is part of hte learning curve.

    That's a totally different subject - several threas about that already on the fourm. No one with a great supply source is likely to give that information away for nothing - shipment of 3 weeks is not unusual. "Too long" is subjective.

    6: Can I even legally dropship from europe to USA? But what about shipment cost?

    You will need to stay within the laws of your own country and of the US - but question is WHY target the US. It's what everyone seems to do but there are people all over the world who buy products online now. Other members may have advic eon this last questions - but targeting the US dis more difficult than many newbies realize.
    Why have you chosen 'dropshipping'? It is 'one of the options' - but only one and perhaps not the easiest to start with.


    I am NOT a dropshipper - but there are quite a few on this forum. It's a good business model for those who understand it - so take the time to learn before you jump in.

    Why are you even considering drop shipping? There are about a million easier, more profitable and easier to maintain online business models.

    I suggest you look into promoting digital products as an affiliate.

    Search for "sales funnel" and study how they work and how to set them up. It doesn't matter what you decide to sell, you will need a sales funnel to sell it.

    Oh my goodness. Drop shipping STILL works. I personally run single item stores. Here is a concept.. find something that people BUY and build a sales funnel ( it doesn't have to be a digital product or affiliate offer to do this ) and sell the snot out of whatever it is you choose.

    You do want to obviously do your research.. but I suggest going with 1 item and 1 item only to get started.. allows you to focus on that single item and it makes the whole process easier.

    Dropshipping is still profitable. Just dont fall for the gurus and you're good to go.

    Shopify is definitely a good choice if you have budget and want to save the time in setting up your store. They have plugins for you to easily import products from supplier. The key thing is your products must be unique enough and not easily found in local stores. Driving targeted traffic is another big lesson that you need to learn in order to sustain your store.

    Thanks everyone for answers. And happy new year to you all. So yeah I looking for online business not only dropshipping. I firs choose dropshipping becousea lot of people talking about it. No I go to look for other businesses which you guys mentioned. Are there any other profitable options also which can be good on long run?

    Other than dropshipping, you get into affiliate marketing.

    You can promote digital products or physical products.

    Pick a niche and start getting leads. Do email marketing and promote your products.

    I'm personally not a big fan of drop shipping, I don't like being a middleman where you take lots of accountability and need to really rely on others.

    I also find the work you need to do for the reward very high. Again, this is just my opinion, I know many won't agree and that's fine.

    I personally prefer CPA/affiliate offers. Or even CPS like Amazon, EPN.
