Applying for adsense when site use a "landing page"

I use a "under construction page" before launching my site. But now the webpage is ready but I dont want to make it public before I have adsense. My question. Is it possible to apply for adsense when the domain url is redirecting traffic to this "under construction page"?

Thank you for your time and help!

If your site is redirecting, how could Google evaluate it for AdSense approval? There would have to be something to see.
TOP TIP: To browse the forum like a Pro, select "View Classic" from the drop-down menu under your user name.

No, Google needs to see the content to evaluate it. If your landing page is a sales page, you probably won't be approved for Adsense as the content won't be seen as offering value to a visitor.

The best way to get approved for adsense is to create a blog that provides valuable information to your readers. Once approved, you can then add Adsense to any of your other sites through Google can still ban one of your sites from Adsense if it thinks you're breaking any of its rules.

The answer is No. Google is very picky choosing the right site as the place of their ads. Site with good result from Google Adsense, means that site already having good traffic of visitor. So, make your site useful by providing value
