Google Plus Publications problem

Recently google plus+ not working for personal branding or publications. I don't know what's the reason. Can anybody shares the reasons regarding this issue???

    Google Plus was shut down some months ago....due to security problems. No longer available.

    Google+ wasn't really that popular and yes, it did shut down. Aside from having security issues, the fact that it's not widely used is enough reason to let go and move forward.
