Hello! I have an SEO questions re: the Top+Footer Navs and Internal Linking

First off, I'd like to mention that this is my first post and I'm excited to learn from you all and be a part of this community.
Now my question: I just noticed that my top and footer navigation don't show the URLs in each page's source code, which is a result of the framework that the website is built with. Does this mean that Google doesn't recognize the internal linking between pages?
