Can I PAY to remove posting restrictions? (rules jpeg not visible!)

I need to get started with some serious Q&A in the SEO section and the forum isn't letting me and I can't find the answers I need about what membership entails and if I can bypass the posting restrictions by purchasing membership on this site. I don't have time to wait for all the restrictions to go away! Help please?

I did my best trying to find this information in the rules section, but all I found was a tiny little jpeg picture that seemed like it might contain info on posting rules but it did not enlarge when I clicked on it and it wasn't readable, and I couldn't post in the help section, so I have to ask this here.

Most of your questions have probably already been answered. So, start with a forum search. I know the mods don't allow common questions that have been asked and answered many times before.

As far as the rules, I think you need a few posts to start threads in certain sections. So, just start taking part in the discussions as you search for your answers and you'll have the required number of posts in no time. I think it's something like 5 or 7 required posts.

Forum admin was notified 10 days ago that the rules graphic was broken. I'm not sure why it hasn't been addressed but I assume it will be at some point.

Paying won't help you solve your problem. Searching the forum, taking part in discussions, asking questions not covered by previous posts, etc. are all free.

Well hopefully it's only that small number of posts required and not much more. I did try searching, maybe I'm just not putting in the right search terms...

I was just trying to save time, which isn't really on my side right now, by seeing if the membership option gave quicker access to those forums.

So is the beginner area the only area I can post in? I'm trying to avoid wasting more time typing up replies in threads that end up not being allowed to post

Blocked replies shouldn't be happening I don't think. Starting new threads in certain subforums are not allowed for new members. Where are you trying to reply and the system is blocking you?

I can't even start a post in here, to ask questions. In a beginner's section. I've tried. So I'm just searching the forum and trying to find whatever I can. I feel your pain.

The rules appear to be messed up on the forum so not your fault you can't find them. All new threads are moderated and do not appear 'live' till a mod approves them.

I will approve your thread but you are asking for a training course in one forum thread and many of the question/concerns have been discussed here so reading through some of the thread is a good place to start, too. Also learning to use the 'advanced search' to find threads using certain topics (keywords) can be helpful.
