Looking for advice on blogging

Hi all so i am in the process of setting up a blog and need a little help on the legal pages.

so the blog is going to document the process, tools and techniques i use to make my art and crafted items, i do not plan on collecting personal data for email lists but i do want to add social buttons to the site and will also be using google analytics. I will also add affiliate links to the site when possible. The site will also include links to listings on my etsy/ebay store when i have one set up.

my main questions is what legal pages I.E. privacy policy, Terms and conditions, Disclaimer etc and if i do need to have the pages is there anywhere i can get them free.

Look at other websites and copy them.

Most websites have the same content on those pages anyway.

I got mine from a website that personalises them for you. I read the content and realised it's trash. Some people seem to like that you have it though. I think Infolinks turned one of my sites down because I didn't have a privacy policy on that site (but other ad networks were OK with it).

Online legal problems are quite rare though. I once worked for a 500 employee company that stole images from other websites but they never got sued. Your main problem will be that you can't get any traffic, and then after 2 months you'll give up. Focus on this, not the legal whatif's.

Google Affiliate Disclosure templates and Privacy-Policy templates, or find websites in your niche and copy their legal pages. You may not get into trouble if you don't have them on your site, but it's better to be on the safe side just in case.

Yes, Its compulsory to add such pages when you are running affiliates sites. Some countries have strict rules on it. They belive you can't spam people, you have to transparent with them.

Hello, all I use is privacy policy and affiliate disclosure. I think this is good enough. If you have the money maybe you could hire someone on Fivrr, Freelancer. You don't have to but pretty sure I see some guys offering this service.

There are templated T&Cs you can copy from. Just edit any brand-specific terms.
