BEGINNERS AREA

Hello,

I'm responsible for coms and marketing in a small London based charity. I've made Mailchimp work for me, but now reached my level of incompetence. 2fa and a new phone..

  On the old phone my mailchimp account was on the Google authenticator. I assumed that it would import to the new phone. Not so, I'm stuck out of mailchimp and because I have a free account I can't contact their customer service.

  I've never thought about that... I use heavily that app and I am risking getting locked out of almost all my accounts. I am interested in knowing a solution too.
