I've tried publishing Facebook ads and Instagram ads since yesterday. It keeps getting rejected. This is painful because I already funded the account. Pls, what can I do? A detailed explanation pls
A step-by-step method because I'm already frustrated
What could I be doing wrong?

You're asking for a detailed explanation, but you've hardly supplied any information of your own. What were these ads for? Did you read and comply with the TOS of the ad platforms? Have you actually contacted Facebook and Instagram to ask why your ads were rejected?

What does funding your campaign have to do with anything?
They aren't going to approve your ads because of that.
It is your responsibility to figure out what is wrong with your
submissions, since we have no way of knowing what is going
on with your FB account. What product are you advertising?
    General industry is fine.

Accessories. I can't figure out the exact policy I'm violating

Have you read through the Facebook and Instagram ad guidlines to see which rules you are violating? Some niches will not be approved.

Ok so your niche should not be the issue then. Other things like more than 20% text covering your ad image?

  • Facebook and Instagram does provide detailed guidelines when it comes to creating ads. And how much money did you put in that account? They're not going to charge when the ads are rejected so you're not really losing any money.

Exactly. They are not even telling me what I'm doing wrong

What ads did you tried to promote? it's really important to go through the rules and understand what is prohibited and what is not. I believe you upload something that is not allowed and they reject it

You just replied five times, saying basically the same thing, and
you didn't even bother to use quotes or @ so I don't know who
you are addressing with your responses.

Have you bothered to read this forum's rules?

If you are unable or unwilling to abide by simple forum etiquette,
then how are you going to manage a multi-step ad campaign?

The people here would like to help you but you have got to help
        your own self.

You cannot run just anything on Facebook/Instagram ads.
You need to read their terms and figure it out.

Otherwise you should read a book, watch some YouTubes,
and/or hire an agency or a freelancer to help you with this.

I apologize for my tone but most of the old-timers here are
professional IMrs and some of you newcomers are posting
here like you have no consideration of other people's time.

I come to WF to try to help but some of you seem beyond it.

I replied under your post so you should know I'm referring to you. It's not a Know-it-all ish. Can you help or not?

You are viewing the forum in Modern view. Most of the long term members here are on Classic View. So most of us do not know who you are replying to. Stop with the Know-it-all-ish attitude.

Some thing to consider. The posters above were trying to help. With your last comment they may no longer offer any help.

He could have said it in a polite manner. How was I supposed to know there were two views. Trying to help doesn't mean you should look down on people. Besides, it's obvious he wasn't interested in helping. He just wanted to criticize me for not using the classic view. It doesn't make sense.

Actually, I am currently running Facebook ads, among
other things, so I could probably help you if I were privy
to what you are trying to do.

Since I am not, it is up to you to familiarize yourself with
FB policies and do what has been suggested by myself
            and others on this thread.

I am not in the habit of repeating myself since that is the
mark of a fool, I also don't come here to argue with other
members, so good luck with whatever you are doing.

I am certain that if you keep trying, you will eventually
            get it done.

I think much of the problem is the default of 'modern view' which might great for 'feeds' but has never been good for discussions here.

The OP needs to hold the cursor over his/her forum name in black toolbar above. In the 'gold' box in the dropdown menu - if you see "view classic" click on that. If it says 'view modern' you are already in the CLASSIC 'view' and need to learn to use quotes.

The 'quote' option is listed below every post. For any site you join online it's worth the time to look through the options and control panel etc....and learn your way around.

In addition, if you have the 'advanced interface' checked, you can copy paste a portion of a comment and use the 'quote' in the WYSIWYG editor. That is very helpful when you are responding to a sentence in someone's post - rather than copying the entire post.

You will find the advanced editor interface option in your "user CP" under 'edit options."

If you learn to use forum features - your posts will be easier to understand - and members able to provide more help.

"He" is a "she" - and a moderator.

Did you visit the links Monetize provided above? Did you identify the Facebook problem?

So everybody on this thread is a woman except Frank and John.

I wonder why everybody assumes that people are men.

Is that just innate in us that we see people on forums/online as men,
when the reality is that many of them are women.

Maybe even the majority are women.

I know that just about every time people address me here they think
I'm a man, and on other platforms also. Like on Fiverr for example.
I use another generic name, and whenever I make an initial contact
with someone they always address me as sir or dude or man or bro.

      Why is that?

Do people just think that women aren't trying to make money online.

I think at times a name is 'gender neutral' - but with a female avatar (designed by a former member here years ago) and the name 'kay'....I'm surprised when referred to as 'dude' which happens by PM on occasion.

When I first joined this forum there were very few women participating...so perhaps it's just an 'assumption'.
