Pre-lauch questions

Hi everyone, I'm a new entrepreneur from Sydney. I'm a concreter by trade so I decided to create a workwear brand that addresses a lot of my fellow and my own pain points in the current workwear available. So far I have created a Facebook group nearing 1000 members, I ensure that all members have to answer questions that only concreters would know to enter the group and have been promoting my first product by documenting all the developments made in the manufacturing process as well as and me testing the product at work. I'm at a little bit of a slow point and want to know what I need to do next to promote the product further and what I also need to be learning or doing at this point before the launch? I would also love some advice on developing an actual pre-launch and launch plan for this first product.

      Yeah I've had around 50 people tell me to let them know when its ready as well as a couple ask me weekly for updates

        Have you price anchored them, and if so at what level? Do you know your costs?

        If you made an Early Bird Signup Offer today, would some of these 50 people sign up to be the first to have the chance to buy?

        You now need validation that people will actually buy, give you money, and recommend the product.

          I've price anchored them, the price per unit will be $65 plus shipping, and I'm retailing them at $90.
          No, I haven't made an Early Bird Signup Offer, should I just post on the group saying something along the lines of "Who would like to signup to get the first release?"
          Should be taking payments on the Early Bird Signup Offer or just have them sign-up to my email list and notify them when the products are released?

            Proof of Concept is what you want now: Market Validation. Proof that Yes, people will pay you money for what you've offered...and THIS amount of money. That's a baseline starting point.

            Make sure you get their promise for a testimonial in return, and follow up to get them whether video or written.

    Is your product line only applicable to people in the concrete industry? I would imagine it crosses over into many others ... roofing, general contractors, plumbing, handymen, etc.

    It definitely does however, I've kept it niche at the moment because I'm a concreter so it's easier and more authentic growing that audience by soley targeting that market
