I want to create WordPress templates that use the theme editor functions but will let me add content that only google can see and not the browser. I have done it on sites in 2013, but need to redo a site and need to maintain this function for SEO purposes. Does anyone know how to do this.

    Sounds like a good way to get your site penalized. Per Google, "Hiding text or links in your content to manipulate Google's search rankings can be seen as deceptive and is a violation of Google's Webmaster Guideline."

    It may have worked in 2013 but a lot has changed in SEO since then.
