So if you have a good product and the right interested audience there is nothing stopping you from using the contact details and uploading them to an appropriate email marketing service and writing these leads very honest emails about where you got their contact details, who you are and what you can offer them from now on in terms of added value.

If for some reason there is no product/service in the niche that you could offer them then of course you can also try to get these contacts interested in another niche. For example making money online. For some reason most people are usually directly or indirectly interested in something like that. Could work at least. They are not your names and email addresses. In fact these people have no idea of who you are. I would suggest starting from scratch building your own email list. For all you know those names and leads on the computer could be super dead.
