Looking for some advice!

Hi, I am a student. I have started a book review website. It is very hard to say that my reviews didn't get any wide reach. Can anyone please suggest some ways to increase more visitors to website video review as I am a pioneer in personalized video marketing?

    Not trying to discourage you. I have questions I think you should have answers to:


    Why would anyone read your reviews? (In other words, positioning.)
    Where are your likely review readers living online? (If they're on facebook, you need to have a facebook page and participate in the groups they belong to. If they're on facebook and pinterest, you have to be on facebook and pinterest.)
    How much money you have for advertising?
    What's the most lucrative way to monetize? (What are the rules of that game?)


    To get more traffic, you have to either buy it (ads), do SEO, or have people refer your site (friends, influencers, relatives, random people). If you're relying on non-relatives, non-friends, your reviews must be good (as determined by influencers/ target audience).


    Are there forums where your target audience is active? If yes, are you active on those forums? Are you an authority there?

    I would flip that site and focus on creating reels.

    Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are offering huge incentives trying to catch up with TikTok.

    That content if it's infotaining with viralability will create passive income for years to come.

    Well you need to have a clear plan on why you build that site .You want to sell to make money etc .if so maybe the niche you choose its not so good for selling and making money .What you sell on your website ? Books

    You should start out in forums related to the books you review. That would probably be the fastest way. Since you're an expert in video marketing, put your reviews on Youtube and lead people back to your site for more reviews.

    All these answers are brilliant, honestly you need to choose the right platforms, it's okay to keep the website, but you need some presents on YouTube, Tiktok, and Instagram, and Facebook too. You can always put a link to your website just for the sake of getting clients, they may want to contact you to do reviews for them, and so on, make sure you work on SEO for youtube, FB, Instagram and Tiktok, focus on one at a time. Youtube will be ideal choice to start with, after you reach their criteria to start earning money, also Tiktok, learn from those who have already big audience and learn from them. I hope this helps!

    If you want to increase traffic in your website, at first you need to give reviews in the social media like Facebook, Instagram, twitter,etc. You also need to give your reviews in forums to get traffic. you can also book ads, do SEO, or have people who visit your website regularly.

    I don't want to discourage you, but I would avoid site ranking and investing in it. I think it's better to build social media profiles like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
