What businesses classify as a service area business?

I'm thinking about creating service area pages for my business and not sure if it's a service area business.

My main services are web design and seo. I work out of my home and meet with clients sometimes.

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated and I'm sure other agencies would love to know this as well.

    It can be a service area business, if you designate yourself as an agency... or local web designer. You have to brand your marketing and content that way. Do you want to work locally only or be available worldwide?
