Hi everyone!
I am new here and very excited about to learn about building a personal brand. Any recommendations on where to start? Thanks!

What kind of products do you want to promote? Can you please explain a little bit? Thank you so much!

Go to YouTube and search for this channel: Philip VanDusen

Look in his video list and you'll see he has many short videos which are easy to watch, and also longer "how to" videos explaining entire branding processes.

Principle 2: Help Others Instead of Yourself

Human beings are the most social animal on our planet. Only three other animals (termites, eusocial insects, and naked mole rats) construct social networks as complex as ours, and we are the only one whose complex social networks include unrelated individuals. Many scientists believe that this ―hypersocialityâ€- is what caused our brains to triple in size in just two million years (Dunbar & Shultz, 2007). Given how deeply and profoundly social we are, it isn't any wonder that the quality of our social relationships is a strong determinant of our happiness.
Because of this, almost anything we do to improve our connections with others tends to improve our happiness as well--and that includes spending money. Dunn, Aknin, and Norton (2008) asked a nationally representative sample of Americans to rate their happiness and to report how much money they spent in a typical month on (1) bills and expenses, (2) gifts for themselves, (3) gifts for others, and (4) donations to charity.

    I'm reading this: https://scholar.harvard.edu/files/da...v-12-20101.pdf

You should focus on other peoples happiness. I don't know what your brand is about, but if it's about money, regurgitate that PDF above and make content on social media.

    Personal brand.

You can then use monetization tools on Instagram and TikTok etc. You can sell placements on your social media manually too.

Welcome. Ignore the brand right now. Focus on finding a customer looking for a product or a solution to a problem. Then, solve that problem with a great product or solution. Then, and only then, worry about branding what you're doing. Cheers, Blair
