Building Cash Flow Subleasing Parking Spots Using Digital Resources

I have an idea to rent parking spots and then sublease them on any of the numerous different parking apps to build cash flow. I've done a ton of research to find popular parking apps in different cities so I'm inquiring here to get ideas for others I have not considered.

Basically, I'm looking for any place where I can list a parking spot to get it rented.

Any ideas are very much appreciated
