What Can I do?

Hey There this is my story on being an affiliate

I started my journey on august 1st 2022 I started running bing ads and for the first few weeks I was direct linking but I forgot something about the link I was using

was not approved so all my sales never counted

after fixing everything I started getting sales and I reached profit in 3 days in after a while I ended my bing campaign because I was just losing money with it and google just kept giving me sales

after a good run for 2 weeks it just stopped getting sales my landing page engagement went from 12% to 3% and some days it had 0

after that, I learned about google ads and I was already a good editor and scriptwriter so I switched to youtube ads

and it ran for 2 hours and I got suspended (in fact a lot of people got the same type of suspension at the same time )

after looking at myself in disappointment i moved on and went to Facebook ads and I setup my fan page and went to make my likes campaign and realized I can't upload a custom audience

until I complied with Facebook ads policy for a "few" weeks but at the same time I can't even run an engagement campaign with having a lookalike list or that's what the course said I should do

all the courses I have are a bit old because there a lot cheaper that way and I don't have the biggest cash reserves I don't know what to do.

I want to try organic traffic with short-form content because I already have experience there in there and my engagement rate I decent but my camera is trash and so it is my background

    Couldn't reaching out to a youtuber be a solution? Cause you mentioned that you "short-form content". Or someone in Insta? If it's short form then you might offer him commission.

    go with 'ads' route is the way to go I think , but lots of 'bans' that's the problem. I personally will buy & prepare some accounts to get around that problem.

    my main/ oldest google ads account got banned just because I promoted crypto in a country that other advertisers were promoting crypto as well, but in the end I found out that it's banned there. lol

    You jump around a lot.


    Direct linking is not a great way to go; get them to your email list.


    Do not promote pages that have leaks (the product owner collects emails), you'll never earn commissions.


    Ads have limitations:



    1. set by the owner of the network (Google, FaceBook). If you want to run ads on their platforms, you need to really understand what they allow and what they do not allow. And do as they wish.


    2. set by your competitors, i.e, cost. Take them into account. You can waste a lot of money on ads if you do not know what you're doing (i.e., your conversions, when you're profitable, etc.)



    Then there are your limitations. Like forgetting something abut a link. Fix those.


    Do you know how to a/b test?


    If you cannot go ads, you can still do SEO, participate in social media, connect with influencers (pay them), blog posts, etc. They are not as easily scalable as ads, take longer to produce results.


    Before you do anything, read up on funnels and conversions.

      Hey There I've already made funnels and landing pages I haven't made an email list mostly because I haven't found a consistent campaign

      I'm trying to find something that brings me 1k-5k per month then I really want to build an email list and audience because I Don't have huge cash reserves of around 1.3k

      I'm trying facebook ads I don't have that much guidance I'm trying to find a coach/mentor paid or free doesn't matter to me a lot

      The main things I want to do this year is 1. get a somewhat consistent income from 1k-5k per month

      then build a list and start scaling on other platforms

      2. find a coach/mentor to help me to not make dumb choices and to see if my landing pages and copy could use help and all the other stuff that's hard to judge by yourself and it's harder to learn stuff when it's just not on youtube or blogs so that helpful

      There are some other ones that are kinda smaller but those are really the only 2 I REALLY want to get done

    You are jumping around a lot. Don't do this. Just focus in one subject. If you try to do many subjects you will never get successful. Before starting work on different sites take proper training and knowledge about that subject. You can find many video courses on youtube. Research and be patient and don't hurry.

    I don't think you have been ON track as yet. All of your goals are about getting money for you and that is not a business plan.


    You can't get an income and THEN do the work...not even with an offline job.

    What was the plan? What was your funnel and what was the purpose of your landing pages if not to build a list?


    What is a 'consistent campaign' to you?


    What method did you use to choose products to sell? What is your target market?

      "All of your goals are about getting money for you and that is not a business plan"
      My Income goal is to make x amount of money in x amount of time
      doesn't mean I haven't thought of the plan of action

I don't expect making money to be easy or without much effort I just don't want to collect leads and but an autoresponder and learn how to do email marketing when I've basically just started learning how to promote on Facebook

      My Funnel was a Quiz Lander that pre-sells the audience I would link but I'm not sure if you can put links in this form also you can't direct link on almost all traffic sources so there's that

      A campaign that has a 25%+ ROI every week

      Weight Loss Products, Ignite and Leanbiome. Male And Female 30+, America And Canada, On Facebook, lower to medium income, Has a problem with weight gain or loss

      Btw I'm new to forums and affiliate marketing so any advice really helps if building an email list is something that you Have to learn when starting I'll do it it's just that I see a bunch of people that find not needed when starting out

      So I thought just build a fan page learn how to market and get conversions on facebook then start building lead pages and building an email list
