    Google love natural links. Build your content as well as possible. Also, if possible, choose target keywords that are less competitive in the early stage. Then, contact to write guest posts for the sites with high DA and traffic in the same field. You also can use some tools like Ahrefs to see competitors' backlinks.

    First find out about your niche & research about it
    Then there is so many websites who can give you a quality backlinks but for that they have some procedure or process which you have to follow then their admins review that and if they find it good then you will get a high quality backlink from a reputed website
    You can answer the questions of users on many site and attach your link with your answer but don't do any spamy thing otherwise they will block you.
    You can pitch the big website owners to give you a backlink, Many times they will revert to you.
